  1. Requirement Gathering: Customers communicate their specific needs to the custom manufacturer, including specifications, materials, colors, functions, and other requirements. The manufacturer must fully understand the customer's needs, taking detailed notes and analyzing the requirements. 

  2. Design Proposal: Based on the customer's requirements, the manufacturer develops a design proposal, which includes structural, aesthetic, and functional design aspects. Designers create multiple design options according to the customer's needs and engage in thorough communication until the customer is satisfied.

  3. Prototype Development: Once the design is finalized, the manufacturer creates a prototype. This step is crucial as it allows both the customer and the manufacturer to confirm whether the final product's appearance and functionality meet expectations.

  4. Product Review: Upon receiving a customer's request for customization, the sales department should obtain the customer's needs and fill out a "Product Review Form," which is then submitted to the technical department manager. The sales department convenes relevant departments to assess the product requirements and records the assessment opinions in the "Assessment Opinions" column of the "Product Review Form."

  5. Project Kick-off Meeting: A project team is formed, and a primary project plan is established, which is then submitted to the technical assistant. The project kick-off meeting should be completed within two working days after the product review.

  6. Production Preparation: Before commencing production, preliminary work such as customer research, technical feasibility assessment, and the development of a customization plan is carried out.

  7. Manufacturing: According to the customization plan, the manufacturer begins the production process. This stage requires ensuring that the product quality meets the customer's requirements and that production is completed according to the predetermined schedule.

  8. Quality Control: Throughout the production process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the product meets quality standards and the customer's personalized needs.

  9. Delivery and After-Sales Service: After production is completed, the grow tent is delivered to the customer, and necessary after-sales services are provided to ensure customer satisfaction.
